WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

We ship from our fulfillment center in California.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
 We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing time takes 2-6 business days before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

US orders takes 3-5 business days after shipment. We ship via USPS First Class Mail.

International shipment times vary by destination country, approximately 7-20 business days for delivery.

WHEN DO YOU RESPOND TO E-MAILS?
We respond customer e-mails mon-fri. 
We do not check our e-mail on the weekends. 
If you have an urgent question about cancelling/changing your order but you are e-mailing us on Friday night or the weekend, do not worry, we do not process orders during the weekend so your order will stay intact. 

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be subjected to local custom fees when they arrive to your country.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.
